New Chopt Location is Coming to Potomac

MoCo’s newest Chopt location opened in the Kentlands neighborhood in Gaithersburg earlier this year, and a new location is now set to be announced in Potomac.

According to a report by The Daily Record, “Chopt plans to open new restaurants in Towson and Potomac in the fourth quarter of 2022 as part of its growth in the Southeast region.”

Rumors of a Cabin John Village location have swirled in recent weeks, as both Store Reporter and The MoCo Source have reported that the renovated shopping center is likely to be the landing spot.

There are five current Chopt locations in Maryland, four of which are in MoCo (two in Bethesda, Gaithersburg, and Rockville).
