New Food Truck DM Sliders Coming Soon to MoCo
DM Sliders, a food truck specializing in burgers, will be coming soon to Montgomery County.
Menu items include a Bag O’ Burgers for $14 that includes 5 Classics “any way you want them, as long as its The Classic Way” (American, Pickle, Sauce), as well as different slider, side, and soda combinations. View the menu at www.toasttab.com/dm-sliders
They tell us that one the owners lost their restaurant job due to the pandemic and the other was looking to pivot back to their passion for food so they decided to purchase a food truck.
They launched their social media this week on Facebook and Instagram @DMVSlider and will be announcing their first events soon.
They tell us, “we’ve already connected with Cool & Dope (501c3 based in MOCO…antibullying campaigns mostly run by an 8 year old named Cavanaugh) to fundraise for them and a hot meals program with a senior center or 2 in MOCO. Instead of throwing product away the night before it expires, we are pairing with them to provide hot meals for people in need. We also are working with them to expand their mobile food pantry efforts and become a sponsor of their “Meals of Love” program.”
