Updated on May 24th to reflect that construction has started.
Source of the Spring is reporting that a scaled-down version of Pizza Hut will be taking over half of the former GameSpot space at 10100 Colesville Rd. in Silver Spring.The leasing agent for the building told Source of the Spring that they are speaking with several others restaurants about the other half of the building.
Construction started in late May and is expected to be completed later in 2022.
We reported last month that Bethesda Bagels will be replacing the former GameStop location in the Fallsgrove Shopping Center.
