Spirit Halloween Store Now Open in Rockville
Spirit Halloween, the seasonal chain that sells Halloween costumes, decorations, makeup, and animatronics is now open at 12137 Rockville Pike.
The Gaithersburg (Rio) and Bethesda (Montgomery Mall) locations are scheduled to open later this month.

Where on R Pike is this? I know before it was on R Pike & Halpine, right near Twinbroook Metro.
