Usually these renderings are filled with generic restaurants, grocery/retail stores, etc., but the ones here contain logos and fonts that look very familiar.
This is purely speculation, but could a Shake Shack, Morton’s, and Trader Joe’s be headed to White Oak?
That location was supposed to close at the end of August 2017, but signed a year extension. A few weeks back, the year ran out and Jerry’s packed up and left.
