Westfield Montgomery Mall at 7101 Democracy Blvd in Bethesda will host Lunar New Year Celebrations in partnership with the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC) on January 25th and February 8th from 11 AM to 3 PM, featuring cultural performances, arts and crafts, a dragon parade, and guest appearances by Netflix’s Love is Blind DC stars Taylor Krause and Garrett Josemans (January 25 only).

His father, a notable real estate developer who passed away in 1993, was responsible for local projects like the Al Marah subdivision (Bethesda), while his mother served as mayor of Kensington for eight years and later directed the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs under President Ronald Reagan.

Comedian Mark Curry is coming to town with two shows at Bethesda Theater this Sunday, December 15th. Perhaps best known as the star of the ABC sitcom “Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper” and as one of the various hosts of the syndicated series “It’s Showtime at the Apollo”, Curry became a household name in the 90s.
