La Gelatteria will also have coffee and snacks available for purchase.

Grandma Vera’s Bakery – fresh baked foods to include Brazilian cheese bread (gluten free and super delicious), fresh squeezed juices, empanadas and every amazing pastry imaginable.

You can walk outside from shop to shop and explore gifts, jewelry, clothing, art, home décor and a selection of vintage & antique items. Some of the newer shops in town are Tumbleweed, Oak, and La Maison de Laurette.

The location will have a coffee lounge with sofas and community tables and will serve breakfast and lunch all day
They will serve Vigilante coffee from Hyattsville and offer growlers of cold brew for $16.99 for a 32 ounce growler and $8.99 for a refill. Cold brew can be served for up to two weeks out of that growler.

Parking is available in lots on Shady Grove Rd, Gaither Rd, and Piccard Dr., but driving is not recommended.
Food and beverage will be available for purchase. Guests may bring their own food and beverage, although no barbecuing or open flames will be allowed at the event.

For now it seems to just be a rumor, but one that has travelled quickly. According to restaurant management it has not been sold.
