The location will have a coffee lounge with sofas and community tables and will serve breakfast and lunch all day
They will serve Vigilante coffee from Hyattsville and offer growlers of cold brew for $16.99 for a 32 ounce growler and $8.99 for a refill. Cold brew can be served for up to two weeks out of that growler.
Parking is available in lots on Shady Grove Rd, Gaither Rd, and Piccard Dr., but driving is not recommended.
Food and beverage will be available for purchase. Guests may bring their own food and beverage, although no barbecuing or open flames will be allowed at the event.
For now it seems to just be a rumor, but one that has travelled quickly. According to restaurant management it has not been sold.
The list is based on cost of living, school ratings, crime rates, job opportunities, and other data.
MoCo areas comprised 19 of the top 25 areas on the list.

We made the decision to go with two different lists this year, giving the the brick oven/woodfired/Neapolitan style pizzas their own category in a Top 5 list. Almost every other type of pizza is included in the Classic Style Top 20 List.
Since I’m a huge fan of lists, I wanted to create an accurate list of the “best” places to buy in MoCo. In order to make this list accurate I asked local realtor, Jonathan Fox, to help me break down the county’s “best” areas and include a few up and coming areas that he thinks are due for a dramatic increase in price over the coming years. Our 2016 Top 10 Pizza Spots in MoCo list included #2 Continental Pizza and #8 Frankly…Pizza! The team recently revisited both of them in preparation for our 2017 expanded rankings and were once again delighted.
One of my favorite things about each place is how different they are. You walk into Continental and there’s barely any room to move. Half the tables and chairs are wobbly and it’s still cash only. Frankly…Pizza! Has a rustic decor and extremely friendly servers that are more than willing to explain the differences between each of their pies.
Staples on Georgia Avenue has closed permanently (Silver Spring).
After 41 years, Seneca Valley held the last sporting event at the stadium last Thursday (Germantown).
