Today, approximately 10 months after their Bethesda location opened, Bethesda Beat reported that they’ll be opening their second location in MoCo when they open up in Kentlands Market Square in Gaithersburg.

For a sneak peek at what to expect, check out our instagram post from our visit to Dog Haus.

The MoCoShow will be recording this week’s episode of the podcast (taking the place of our usual mid-week recording) and giving away a FREE iFly pass to the winner of our raffle! We’ll be there from 11am-1pm!

At Home will be passing out wrist bands to customers lined up outside at 8:30. The customers with wrist bands will receive a gift card with an unknown amount on it.

They’ll be taking over part of the old Last Mango, Zodiac Grill, Tony and James, 44 Sports Bar and Grill, and most recently Largent’s Restaurant and Bar location (654 Center Point Way).

The California based chain started in 2008 and has stores across the United States and in over 25 countries worldwide.

They offer over 100 flavors and recipes coupled with a wide variety of toppings.

The celebration continues Saturday when BoBaPop will offer a free thermos with the purchase of any two drinks, and on Sunday when they offer a free logo coaster with the purchase of any two drinks.

The Vietnamese based company has over 140 stores worldwide, but the Kentlands location will be their first in the United States.

Last night, the City of Gaithersburg approved a sketch plan that would allow the Kentlands Starbucks location to move and potentially add a drive-thru.

Not everyone has been on board, as many Kentlands/Lakeland’s residents feel that at a drive-thru would not fit the mold of a walkable community, but it seems as thought it’s going to happen.
