The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Storm Watch for St. Mary’s County in southern Maryland from 10am Wednesday morning until early Thursday morning, but projected snow totals have decreased for the rest of the state.

In the last few days, images of real estate properties available and coming soon in the DC Metro area have been shared indicating that there is a mass exodus from the region.
