District 3 Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Commander Jason Cokinos quoted 90’s R&B stars Boys 2 Men when announcing that officers apprehended four suspects who fled from a stolen vehicle in Downtown Silver Spring, recovering stolen merchandise and drugs from the car.
Montgomery County Police have made an arrested in connection to a September 2 fatal shooting in Silver Spring, where an adult male was found with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
A 34-year-old Silver Spring man has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of negligent manslaughter by vehicle for a fatal collision that occurred in Gaithersburg back in April 2023, where he was driving at least 70 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.
