ROCKVILLE, Md., April 23, 2021—The Montgomery County Council, sitting as the Board of Health, is scheduled to introduce, hold a public hearing, and vote on a Fifth Amended Board of Health regulation to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Montgomery County on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 10:30 a.m.
On Tuesday, April 20th the county council approved the Housing Justice Act, which prohibits landlords from considering certain types of criminal records in rental applications.
The “Housing Justice Act” was introduced by Councilmember Evan Glass back in December.
