Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old from Gaithersburg.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) – Major Crimes Division continue to investigate the October 12 armed robbery of a bank in Rockville. Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
On Tuesday, October 12, at approximately 4:00 p.m., 1st District Officers and Rockville City Police responded to a bank in the 1100 block of Nelson Street for the report of a robbery that just occurred.

Shortly before 4PM Tuesday, Officers responded to a reported bank robbery at the Essex Bank on Nelson Street in Rockville, in the plaza visible from Northbound I-270.
Officers determined that a suspect armed with a handgun robbed the bank and then fled the scene. The Rockville City Police Department is investigating in collaboration with Montgomery County Police. The incident was captured on security cameras. Further details were not immediately available.
Update: Daphne Everly has been located safe and unharmed.
Concern for Missing Montgomery Village Teenager
WDVM is reporting that authorities in Montgomery County are investigating a hit and run that occurred Thursday morning around 3am near Pike & Rose.
According to Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Pete Piringer, the incident happened near 11500 Rockville Pike and the victim was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
