Montgomery County’s first Hispanic Heritage Festival and Health Fair on Sunday, Oct. 6, at Marian Fryer Plaza (2424 Reedie Dr) in Wheaton, celebrating Hispanic culture with live performances, health screenings, and family-friendly activities.

Montgomery County’s State’s Attorney’s Office has launched the second annual “Speak Up, Save a Life” Student Video PSA Contest, inviting middle and high school students to create short videos highlighting the dangers of drug use, with top prizes of up to $1,000 and a submission deadline of November 8.
