BurgerFi has reached an agreement to acquire Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings, according to a press release that came out earlier this morning.
BurgerFi currently has two MoCo locations, Downtown Silver Spring and Pike & Rose, with a third on the way in Gaithersburg at Rio Lakefront.

Larry Hurd, current head coach of the Walter Johnson High School football team, will be inducted into the Quince Orchard High School hall of fame this evening.
Hurd, who attended Quince Orchard from 1988-1992, was a member of the state championship winning football team in 1991.

WDVM is reporting that authorities in Montgomery County are investigating a hit and run that occurred Thursday morning around 3am near Pike & Rose.
According to Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Pete Piringer, the incident happened near 11500 Rockville Pike and the victim was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
