March 30 is Take a Walk in the Park Day. But, every day is a good day to stroll, walk, or hike in the parks.

Montgomery Parks has put together six activities to help you step into parks.

Montgomery Parks has recently completed a series of park projects and renovations at park locations across the county. The park renovations, also known as park refreshers, provide efficient and cost-effective improvements which enable the department to make significant updates to more parks in less time.

Our ongoing commitment to improving parks and public spaces plays a significant role in the quality of life for county residents. It is so rewarding to see how these projects bring parks to life and connect the community,” said Michael Riley, director of Montgomery Parks.
