Kung Fu Tea will close its location at 11802 Rockville Pike in Pike & Rose after nearly ten years. January 30th will be the last day. The location started as Tutti Frutti.
Washingtonian Magazine has released its 2025 list of “100 Very Best Restaurants” and Maryland restaurants made the list. The iconic Dunkin’ at 2405 Reedie Drive in Wheaton is temporarily closed as it undergoes major renovations. An exact reopening date isn’t available, but the remodeling appears to be extensive for the store that has been there for more than 50 years. Charm City Run has closed its Gaithersburg location (225 Kentlands Blvd) permanently after two and a half years. The store opened in the former Fleet Feet space in June 2022 (Fleet Feet has since reopened in a different Kentlands location).
