A new destination for wing lovers is coming to Rockville. Wing Pop, a new concept from the Ivea Group, is under construction at 1701 Rockville Pike in the Shops at Congressional Village shopping center. The restaurant will take over the former Gyroland space, next to Okaeri and Meow Claw.
Maryland’s first Sugared + Bronzed is coming to downtown Bethesda. The national beauty brand will open at 4939 Elm St. in the Shoppes of Bethesda, taking over the space most recently occupied by Chip City. Before Chip City, the storefront was home to Fancy Cakes by Leslie and, years earlier, a neighborhood pet shop.
A new destination for authentic Ethiopian cuisine is coming to Frederick. Yenya Bet Migeb, located at 911 North East Street, will celebrate its soft opening on Saturday, July 11 at 4pm, taking over the space that was formerly home to Jerk N Jive Caribbean Kitchen.
