For now it seems to just be a rumor, but one that has travelled quickly. According to restaurant management it has not been sold.

On each of those days (Saturday-Monday), they’ll be giving away free poke bowls to the first 50 people in line!
The original plan was for there to be a slight overlap and for both locations to be open simultaneously for a week or two, but construction hit a snag at the new location and we’ve been left Yoyogi-less for a few weeks.
The wait is almost over, as Yoyogi has announced a soft opening for Tuesday, June 19th (11am-3pm) and their grand opening on Wednesday, June 20th.
Last week we heard from Jorge Portalea’s Washington Metropolitan Business Brokers, who confirmed the new location.
I’m told that construction has not began yet, but they expect to open in the fall– as early as late September.
Yesterday it was reported by BusinessInsider that the “b” will stand for…burgers.
My server at the Olney IHOP confirmed that the “b” in the new name (IHOb) will stand for burgers.
The D.C. Metro area includes stores up to Germantown (this includes the Germantown location), but does not include Frederick locations. Baltimore and Annapolis area Chick-Fil-A locations will not be participating in this promotion.
What’s the catch? You must wear some sort of Washington Capitals gear (hat, jersey, mask, socks, etc.).
Since opening in May, the lines at The Baked Bear in Pike & Rose have consistently wrapped around the corner.

I spoke with the lone MoCo location in Germantown (20001 Century Blvd.) as well as the Frederick location (5582 Spectrum Dr.), and they are both participating!
Poki DC will be opening soon in Rio according to their signage and recent Facebook post (it’ll be located near the movie theater across from BGR). Their North Bethesda store at the Georgetown Square shopping center is expected to open later this summer as well (10400 Old Georgetown Road).
The Rio location will be opening this summer and has a lot to offer.
