The Montgomery County Council and several committees are scheduled to meet on Monday, January 26, with residents advised to check for possible schedule changes due to a winter storm warning.
Montgomery County activated the Department of Transportation’s Storm Operations Center at 9 pm Saturday, January 24, as a winter storm moved through the region, with crews beginning to plow primary roads at 4 am using more than 500 pieces of equipment and continuing operations throughout the day as snowfall is expected to taper off by early afternoon.
