We’re told the closing does not have anything to do with Zoes being acquired by Cava and that it was due to issues with the landlord.
All theaters now have reclining seats and reserved seating (think iPic). The kitchen is not quite ready to go yet, but should open in about two weeks. For now, there is gourmet popcorn available as well a variety of milkshakes, including: Reese’s Pieces, Junior Mints, churro, Ghirardelli chocolate, and a “build-your-own” option.

The bakery will be located at 321 Ellington Drive In Downtown Crown. The location used to be home to the “Downtown Crown RPAI US Management Office.” They expect to open in early 2019.

Chef and owner Caroline Yi grew up in MoCo, attended Wootton High School and the University of Maryland at College Park.
This season she has been selling her goods at the Pike & Rose Farm Market, where she has a very loyal following. Yi chose Pike & Rose for her brick and mortar bakery and café because she sees it as the perfect location.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of wines (sparkling, white, red, international, sweet red, dessert, fruit, specialties, and more) along with many other beverages and a menu that consists of beef & pork, seafood, pasta, chicken, and burgers/sandwiches.
This news was first reported by Eater DC earlier this week.
The new Rockville location (Travilah Square Shopping Center) will open the following day on Friday, September 7th.
According to Wikipedia, “Lululemon is a self-described yoga-inspired athletic apparel company for women and men. The company makes a variety of types of athletic wear, including performance shirts, shorts, and pants, as well as lifestyle apparel and yoga accessories.”
Crown resident Seth Lessans informed of the news based on his conversation with someone that was doing construction in the building (next to Sephora across from Coastal Flats). An employee at the Bethesda Row location told me they expect the store to open in late December, but that can always be pushed back to early 2019.
3:55PM UPDATE: An employee informed me that the location was closed due to a hot water tank needing repair. They may re-open as early as later today.
