District 4 (Wheaton) Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) Commander David Smith shared that specialized team recently officers recovered illegal firearms and pressed fentanyl during two traffic stops on Bel Pre Road and the ICC, leading to the arrest of two individuals. The Ovid Hazen Wells Carousel will offer its final rides at Wheaton Regional Park on Sunday, October 27, before being refurbished and relocated to its original intended home at Ovid Hazen Wells Recreational Park in Clarksburg.
