Construction may be underway at the Glenwood Shopping Center in Wheaton (12134 Georgia Ave.), but Trippy Tacos and its neighboring businesses are still open for customers. Montgomery County Police have arrested 58-year-old Melesse Semegne of Silver Spring and charged him in connection with a sexual assault investigation. Detectives with the Special Victims Investigations Division believe there may be additional victims and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
