The restaurant, which served fondue-style Asian noodles that are cooked on the table in a variety of broths with your choice of meat and vegetables, recently switched over to the popular all-you-can-eat version of hot pot.

Little Dipper opened their Rockville location just over two years ago at 101 Gibbs St Unit A in Rockville Town Square. They have another location in Falls Church.


The discount shoe retailer currently has 7 MoCo locations that are all expected to be closed at some point between March and the end of May.

The online store will be closing as well and all stores are expected to have “Out of Business” sales as soon as next week.


The Sandy Spring Restaurant was the small smokehouse chain’s third restaurant to open when it took over the former Willoughby’s Market spot.

For about a year now, rumors have swirled of an Urban Bar-B-Que location opening in the soon-to-be-revamped Montgomery Village Shopping Center. We have yet to receive confirmation on that, but continue to hear it’s a possibility.

Urban Bar-B-Que entered a strategic partnership with Ledo Pizza back in 2013.


Fogo de Chão specializes in the centuries-old Southern Brazilian cooking technique of churrasco – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meats over open flame, all of which are carved tableside by Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs. Founded in Southern Brazil in 1979, there are currently 52 locations throughout Brazil, the United States, Mexico, and the Middle East. This will be the 41st location in the United States.

At Pike & Rose, Fogo de Chão joins more than 50 tenants in approximately 350,000 square feet of thoughtfully merchandized retail space, a 177-key Canopy by Hilton boutique hotel, 765 luxury apartments, 99 condominiums and 80,000 square feet of best-in-class office space.

My personal goal is to get to the gym 3 days per week and complete 2-3 scheduled cardio sessions. Sometimes I will do cardio directly AFTER my lifting session and other days I will simply do it on a different day. It all depends on my schedule and how much time I have.
(My new favorite gym is One life in Rockville. All of the equipment is so shiny and never feels like it’s jam packed because it’s SO BIG!)

Before I took my online training full time, I was a part-time online coach and full time nanny, so i’ve seen this cycle first hand with the mama bears I’ve worked with who just couldn’t seem to target their abdominal baby fat. But I want you to remember something. Post baby BODY WEIGHT does not mean post baby body!

Here’s what I suggest in order to lose that tummy body fat:⁣

1. Increasing the intensity of your cardio workouts and including intervals (alternating power walking/sprinting with a recovery walking or jogging period).⁣ HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) has been suggested to be significantly more time effective for losing fat than traditional lower intensity or steady-state cardio.

For example, this study found that the majority of participants who performed 4-6 30 second sprints lost MORE body fat than walking for 60 minutes at a low intensity.
Although nothing in science is considered “PROVEN” it is pretty safe to say, or suggested that if your goal is to as much fat as you can in a short period of time, HIIT is your best bet.
