The first standalone Starbucks in Damascus is now open at 26141 Ridge Rd.
Starbucks has had a presence in Damascus for a while with their location within Safeway, but this location will offer a drive-thru window and will have the full Starbucks menu.
Starbucks has looked like it has been ready to go for weeks at 26141 Ridge Rd in Damascus.
This morning we received word that the location is tentatively set to open on Thursday, February 27th.

Eric Wallich, the head football coach at Damascus High School released a statement earlier today officially resigning from the position.
Wallich has an overall coaching record of 119-26 (.821%) in his 13 years as a head coach at Damascus and Whitman high schools.
