The information around menopause and breast cancer is quickly changing, but many doctors are not up to date.
That is why Pearl and Rose is hosting Let’s Talk About…Breast Cancer and Menopause for women who have survived breast cancer or have been told that they are at high risk for breast cancer due to things like BRCA, family history and dense breasts.
On May 18th we are bringing two incredible doctors, Dr. Shannon O’Connor, a breast cancer oncologist from Maryland Oncology and Hematology and Dr. Tobie Beckerman, a menopause specialist from Beckerman Women’s Health, for an honest, real conversation about menopause based on the most current science. They will discuss both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options and you will walk away empowered with science-based information that you can use to have the conversation that you deserve with your own doctor.
