Dollar Shop Plus, an independently owned dollar store, is now open at 18224 Flower Hill Way in the Flower Hill shopping center in Gaithersburg.
The store’s design and layout are similar to that of a Dollar Tree and most items are in the $1-2 range.
ALDI at 5110 Nicholson Lane in White Flint Plaza is having its grand opening today, February 24. The store is located in the space formerly occupied by Shoppers, which closed in January of 2020.
ALDI is a German discount grocery chain that currently has Montgomery County locations in Gaithersburg, Germantown, Montgomery Village, Rockville, Silver Spring, and Takoma Park.
Mega Kitchen & Bath Remodeling is coming to 9329 Georgia Ave. in Silver Spring, the former home of the Woodside Deli, according to a report by Source of the Spring.
According to its website, Mega Kitchen and Bath provides home remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and bathroom remodeling services and has been serving customers in the Washington DC area since 2014.
Selectos Supermarket is now open at 19110 Montgomery Village Ave in the Montgomery Village Center.
The Latin grocery store wise located on the lower level of the complex that was home to the recently closed Einstein Bagels.

The Starbucks will be located at the former site of the Montgomery Village Denny’s (19290 Montgomery Village Ave), directly across the new Lidl grocery store that is currently being built, and nearing complete across the street at the site of the former Montgomery Village Professional Center.

Orangetheory Fitness at Congressional Plaza Opens Tomorrow
Orangetheory Fitness at 1601 Rockville Pike, #210A in Rockville will open tomorrow, September 22nd. The fitness studio is located next to Barnes & Noble and The Container Store. It will be the first independent fitness studio to open at Congressional Plaza’s FITRow, a multi-studio fitness and wellness destination housed under one roof.

Boo Boo’s Pho is the latest restaurant to be listed as coming soon to the recently redeveloped Montgomery Village Center. No information is available about the business other than it is listed on KLNB Commercial Real Estate website.
