Jay Turner, age 41, was last seen on Monday, June 20, 2022, leaving his residence on Apple Harvest Cir.

Turner is approximately 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has blue eyes and is bald. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing.

Abdul Raheem Joppy was last seen on Sunday, June 19, 2022 in the 11800 block of Eton Manor Drive.  Joppy is 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. He has brown curly hair and hazel eyes. Joppy has both of his ears pierced but is not currently wearing earrings. He was last seen wearing red Adidas pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and black slides.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.

County Executive Marc Elrich will present the awards at the ceremonies that are part of the County’s 25th annual celebration of Juneteenth. The awards honor distinguished individuals who are living legends in Montgomery County and have helped shape the cultural heritage of the African American community.

The 2022 Annual African American Living Legend Awards will be presented to five individuals who have dedicated their lives to service, advocacy and selfless acts of kindness to their community.

On Saturday, May 14, 2022, the victim reported that in the overnight hours of May 13, an unknown suspect broke the rear passenger window of their vehicle, parked in the12500 block of Great Park Circle, and stole their wallet. The suspect then attempted to use the victim’s bank card at an ATM. The withdrawals were declined.

Anyone with information regarding this suspect is asked to call the 5th District Patrol Investigations Unit at 240-773-6263.

She has brown eyes and orange hair. She was last seen wearing eyeglasses, a black t-shirt, black shorts and black Crocs.
