270,150 doses of vaccines have been allocated by the state to hospitals, nursing homes, and local health departments as part of Phase 1A (98.7% of doses from the federal government).

Maryland 44th in Covid vaccine usage
Maryland has used 23.9 percent of its current Covid vaccine doses, putting it behind 42 other states and Washington, D.C, according to Bloomberg News. As of the evening of Jan. 4, Maryland had received 274,950 doses and administered 65,718.

The Maryland Department of Health released Covid vaccination data yesterday, showing that 1,509 residents of the National Capital Region (consisting of Charles, Frederick, Montgomery, and Prince George’s counties) have taken the first dose of a Covid vaccine.
Breaking: Judge Upholds Ban on Indoor Dining
Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge James Bonifant ruled today he he wouldn’t be entering an injunction, but will be scheduling a hearing after the holidays to review this further.
