Per the City of Laurel- Government Facebook Page:

The Prince George’s County Health Department has closed the Dutch Country Farmer’s Market at 9701 Fort Meade Road in Laurel, effective immediately, 12/2.

Inspectors say all but one vendor has been cited for having people working in their stalls without wearing masks.

Vendor owners and operators of the Market are working with County Officials to see if they can reopen tomorrow.

This temporary closure does not affect the Lancaster County Dutch Market, which remains open in Germantown.
