Three pedestrians (two children and one adult) suffered non-life-threatening injuries on Friday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle on Gaither Rd and Piccard Dr in Rockville.
The two children were in a stroller at the time they were struck.

Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Police – Major Crimes Division have arrested and charged two Silver Spring men with a February 17 homicide. Jackson Alexander Garcia, age 18 and Malik Dujuan Jefferson, age 23 are being held without bond for the homicide of 22-year-old Jose Osvaldo Genao Romero of Rockville.
On Thursday, February 17, officers from Rockville City Police Department and Montgomery County 1st District responded to the area of 14000 Cove Lane for the report of a shooting that just occurred. Upon arrival, officers located Jose Osvaldo Genao Romero at the intersection of Bradley Avenue and Fletcher Place suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Officers provided life saving measures until Montgomery County Fire and Rescue arrived and transported the victim to a nearby hospital in critical condition. The victim subsequently succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

Additional information has been released regarding the stabbing that occurred shortly before 11am Monday morning at Lakeforest Mall (701 Russell Ave) in Gaithersburg.
MCPD has confirmed the male victim, who was an employee at the mall, has succumbed to his injuries.

Montgomery County Police and the Gaithersburg Police Department are investigating an aggravated assault that occurred at 10:52am Monday morning outside of the food court at Lakeforest Mall (701 Russell Ave) in Gaithersburg.
An adult male has been transported to an area hospital following the assault, according to the Gaithersburg Police Department.
