Trader Joe’s is Coming to White Oak

Last October, our friends at Just Up The Pike shared renderings of the upcoming White Oak Town Center (12345 Columbia Pike).

Usually these renderings are filled with generic restaurants, grocery/retail stores, etc., but these contained logos and fonts that looked very familiar.

In October we speculated based on the renderings that a Shake Shack, Morton’s, and Trader Joe’s could be headed to White Oak.

Today, BisNow has reported that Finmarc and Bernstein Management signed Trader Joe’s to anchor the first phase of the White Oak Town Center (just 3 miles away from their other Columbia Pike location).
