Gumbo Ya Ya, a Cajun and Puerto Rican fusion restaurant with a location in Germantown, is coming to Rockville Town Square.
This location will not be full-service like their Germantown restaurant, but was described to me as “premium fast casual.” The Rockville location will offer a full bar, tables to dine-in, and a Sunday brunch menu that will be unique to the Rockville Town Square location.
Gumbo Ya Ya will be located in the old Lab Cafe location, across from Finnegan’s Wake, at 101 Gibbs Street. Full menus pictured below and ALL government employees- local, state, federal, receive a 10% discount with ID.
As with all Rockville Town Square locations (including the library), parking is free for 2 hours with validation.
