California Bistro is now open at 17609 Redland Road in Derwood.
The new restaurant will be taking over the spot formerly occupied by Hungry Howie’s and the short-lived Favor & Flavor and Derwood Pizza.
It has quite the extensive menu, offering over 15 different types of pizzas, appetizers (fries, chicken tenders/wings, shrimp, onion rings, and a lot more), homemade soups, over 25 types of salads, calzones, Stromboli’s, over 20 different types of sandwiches, subs, wraps, paninis, burritos, quesadillas, pasta, rice bowls, and MORE (if you can believe that).
We wish California Bistro the best of luck at a location that has not fared well as of late. Hungry Howie’s was successful for years, so we know it can be done!
