Kyoto Matcha, a Japanese green tea and dessert spot, will have its soft opening on Black Friday.
It’s located next to Buffalo Wild Wings At 33 Maryland Ave. in Rockville Town Square.
They offer high quality tea and what look to be “instagrammable” desserts.
