The farmhouse on Steinbeck Ave. in Crown is now for sale.
The England-Crown farmhouse was built sometime in the late 1870s or early 1880s. The structure is an excellent example of a stylish Victorian house found in Montgomery County during the late 19th century (per GaithersburgHistory.com).
The approximately 3,800 square foot farmhouse and the log house are located on a 16,241 square foot lot.
The farmhouse is being sold privately, so a price is not listed for the historic property.
