Fantasticks in Rio Now Open
Fantasticks, a customizable gelato bar and pop shop, is now open in Rio.
The dessert spot allows you to choose your toppings, cover your bar in chocolate, and cover it with a drizzle.
It’s located Between Starbucks and Muse, in the former home of 16 Handles and Moorenko’s
Last summer Fantasticks sold pops from a cart on the boardwalk while the store was getting ready.
They currently have locations in Frederick County and Ashburn.
