Drivers Doing Donuts Temporarily Block Intersection of Georgia Ave and Colesville Road Saturday Night in Downtown Silver Spring
Video uploaded by Youtube account Fast Fumes shows a crowd of cars and people gathered Saturday night in Downtown Silver Spring blocking the intersection of Colesville Rd. and Georgia Ave. to perform stunts.
Montgomery County Police Chief Marcus Jones said to WJLA/News7 that “this is illegal and dangerous, and we encourage the public to call us if these events occur in their presence. We will respond right away to enforce the law.”
