Gaithersburg, MD – The Montgomery County Department of Police – Collision Reconstruction Unit has released the name of the pedestrian killed in Gaithersburg on Tuesday, Nov. 9.
75-year-old Elliott Neal Ginsburg was struck by a water delivery truck as he was crossing Asbury Rd.
This is an open and active investigation. Anyone with information regarding this collision is asked to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 240-773-6620.
