Detectives From Special Investigations Unit are Asking For Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing 15-Year Old

Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police- Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating, Liz Rivera Guzman, a missing 15-year-old from Silver Spring.  Guzman was last seen on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at approximately 3:22 p.m., in the 800 block of University Boulevard East.

Guzman is approximately 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has red hair, brown eyes and a birthmark on the right side of her face. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, pink pants and carrying a black Adidas backpack.  Police and family are concerned for her welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Liz Rivera Guzman is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at (240) 773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.
