On Friday February 10, at approximately 6:00 pm, a 13-year- old juvenile pedestrian was struck in the roadway in the area of Carroll Avenue and Manor Circle. According to Takoma Park Police, the pedestrian was not in a crosswalk. The driver remained on scene following the crash.
