UPDATE: Andre Ricardo White has been located safe and unharmed.
Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring. Andre Ricardo White was last seen at an apartment in the12000 block of Columbia Pike on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
Andre is 6-feet tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black ripped jeans. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Andre Ricardo White is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000. Callers may remain anonymous.
