UPDATE: James Saad has been located safe and unharmed.
Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old from Silver Spring. James Saad was last seen on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at approximately 9:20 p.m., in the 13600 Colgate Way in Silver Spring.
James is approximately 6-feet tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has dark colored eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and brown shorts. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
