Per the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department (RVFD): Paramedic Engine 703 and Ambulance 703 were dispatched for the vehicle collision at Mannakee St and Wilson Ave in Rockville on Monday night, where the arriving units discovered a vehicle overturned with a patient trapped inside
Units requested the Rescue Squad & Advanced Life Support, bringing additional paramedics, firefighters and equipment to the scene. Rescue Squad 703 arrived shortly after and utilized a tie back set up with Paratech rescue struts to stabilize the vehicle. The rescue squad crew then proceeded to cut the windshield to access the victim and remove them from the vehicle. The extrication was completed under 10 minutes from fire department arrival on scene (video available below, per the RVFD).

This evening PE703, RS703, and A703 responded for one overturned.
In 9 minutes, we performed a tie-back to stabilize the vehicle, extricated the patient, and provided fire suppression, evaluation and treatment.
