This morning at approximately 7:44 a.m., officers responded to the area of the Fox Chapel Shopping Center in Germantown for the report of multiple individuals attempting to break into vehicles.
According to police, “Officers observed a vehicle attempting to leave the area at a high rate of speed, side swiping a police cruiser. The vehicle was determined to be stolen. A brief pursuit ensued. The suspects crashed the vehicle and attempted to leave the scene. Two teenagers were apprehended without incident. No injuries have been reported at this time.
