Free Steering Wheel Locks Offered by Police, Open to All Montgomery County Residents While Supplies Last

The FREE wheel locks are open to ALL Montgomery County Residents – criteria: Takoma Park Police have FREE anti-theft steering wheel locks to help prevent vehicle thefts.  Montgomery County residents can receive one free steering wheel lock per vehicle, while supplies last.

The Takoma Park Police Department distributes the free steering wheel locks Monday – Friday, from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the Takoma Park Police Department, Administrative Services window, 1st floor, 7500 Maple Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland 20912, and will continue to do so until they are gone.

**Recipients must provide proof of vehicle ownership/registration and Driver’s License to receive the FREE wheel lock.  Again, ONE wheel lock per vehicle until they are gone.**
