Construction Progresses at Upcoming Rockville Development– Farmstead District

Last month over 250 people attended an opening event for Rockville’s newest neighborhood- Farmstead District. Several potential busters camped out to be the first in line to purchase a home, with seven homes selling on the first day for EYA’s newest neighborhood that will also be joined by Pulte offering a total of 370 homes in 2024 (construction photos below).

Farmstead District will feature 158 modern new EYA townhomes priced from the mid $700s (elevator townhomes from the $800s). The homes will offer 3-5 bedrooms, open floorplans, optional elevator (per plan), contemporary finishes, optional loft level with rooftop terrace, rear yard (per plan) and private garage parking.

Per EYA, The community will include a state-of-the-art community center (named the Barn), seasonal pool, children’s playground, outdoor seating areas to gather with neighbors and friends, walking trail and more. All just steps to Mattie J.T. Stepanek Park, King Farm shops and restaurants and the Shady Grove Metro station.
