Three Local Crumbl Cookie Franchises Available For Sale For $2.1 Million

Crumbl Cookies has opened three Montgomery County locations since 2020- opening its first MoCo location in Federal Plaza in Rockville and following that up with a Germantown location (20650 Seneca Meadows Pkwy) in September 2022 and a Gaithersburg location (277 Kentlands Blvd) in October 2022. A new listing now shows three of the local cookie shop franchises available for sale for $2.1 million.

According to the listing, the Gaithersburg location is included as one of the three local franchises available for sale. It is unclear whether the other two franchises are the Germantown and Rockville locations, but we have reached out to Crumbl for further clarification and are awaiting a response.

Per the listing, “These three Crumbl Cookie stores occupy prime real estate positions in the Washington, DC suburbs and have impeccable financial records, consistently delivering substantial revenue and impressive profit margins. They have harnessed their undeniable success through a devoted customer base, enthusiastic referrals, and ingenious marketing strategies.

With a well-earned reputation and streamlined operations, they offer the ultimate recipe for ongoing profits and are an immediate cash-flow generator. The Crumbl Cookie franchise model is a great model, equipping you with invaluable support and resources to thrive and prosper.”

Cousins Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO) co-founded Crumbl cookies when the duo and their family opened Crumbl’s first store in Logan, Utah in 2017 while Sawyer was attending Utah State University. “From day one, it was important to them that Crumbl customers see their cookies being mixed, balled, baked and dressed in real-time. Equally as important were the high-quality ingredients used in each unique batch. At first, Crumbl only served fresh milk chocolate chip cookies for takeout and delivery, but other services slowly began being offered such as curbside pick-up, catering, nationwide shipping and more!”
