Drive-Thru/Retail Opportunities Available in Space Between New Sheetz and Chick-fil-A in Gaithersburg

Matan Companies, a real estate development and investment firm, recently executed a full-building lease agreement with AstraZeneca, a global, science-led biopharmaceutical company, for 198,000 square feet at 700 Progress Way in Gaithersburg. The development is currently the home of a recently opened Chick-fil-A and Sheetz, but it’s looking to add more to the retail side of things.

According to commercial real estate company, klnb, who is handling the commercial leasing for the development, there are two spots available between Sheetz and Chick-fil-A. One location is marked for either a bank or retail and is 3,200 SF. The other is a much larger location, marked for retail, at 10,125 SF. Both locations have yet to be built and would be on N. Frederick Ave (355). What would you like to see join this new Gaithersburg development?
