Code Red – All Schools and Offices Closed, Friday, Jan. 19 When the school system is closed, all schools, administrative offices and community activities are canceled, including athletic practices and events.
Private childcare programs are also canceled.NOAA weather reports a “Winter Weather Advisory” for Montgomery County with an expected snowfall of one to three inches beginning at 4:00 a.m. and lasting throughout the day. Up to 5 inches of snow is possible in some areas of our community. Important Note: MCPS is exploring make-up options for lessons in the future.
