The Maryland-National Capital Park Police (Montgomery County division) found a dog wandering on a trail at Lake Needwood in Derwood on Monday night.
Per Park Police, the dog is very thin and appears to have been outside for a while, but is very friendly. He was taken to the nearby Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center (MCASAC) on Muncaster Mill in Derwood.
